조사를 해야 겠지만 이것은 러시아가 정체된 우크라이나 침공을 그리고 현재 국면을 유지하기 위해서 NATO를 압박하기 위해 벌이고 있지 않나 생각이 든다. NATO 앞 마당에서 공작을 해도 된다는 인식이 심어져있어 보인다.
- 다만 이번 핀란드-에스토니아 가스라인 사건과 하마스-이스라엘 사태를 함께 생각해봐야 할 것 같다.
- 독재자는 기습적으로 바로 일을 저지를 수 있다. 자금도 있다. 하지만 민주 정권들은 대응에 뭔가 따져야 한다...
